Victim/Survivor Services
PAVE services are available to anyone who is a victim of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, disability, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status or socioeconomic status.
- Shelter Services - 24 beds, handicap accessible, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with pet shelter available in conjunction with the Dodge County Humane Society. Emergency transportation to shelter is available within Dodge County.
- Support Groups - a variety of groups and times are offered. Click here for a current listing.
- Case Management - helping victims/survivors outline goals and create plans to achieve those goals.
- Transitional Services - Assistance with securing basic needs, such as clothing, food and sometimes furniture when leaving shelter.
- Options Counseling - crisis line available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year helping victims/survivors assess their options and discuss potential outcomes for those options, includes problem solving, information, life-skills review and referrals to resources in our community.
- Community Education- information and training on domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault and related topics. Click here for a current list.
- Legal Advocacy - assistance with restraining order forms and process, legal information, pro se paper work, and crime victim compensation. Advocacy and support at legal hearings related to domestic violence/sexual assault.
- SANE Advocacy - support and information during a Sexual Assault Nurse Exam.
- Children's Services -options counseling, safety planning, information and referrals for non-offending parents and children.
- Safety Planning -outlining steps to increase safety while dealing with the violence.
All services are free and confidential.
